AMI designed& built its own up-to-date factory located in 6 October City,40 KM North West to the Pyramids in Cairo in 1996 on 5000 M2. AMI awarded ISO 9001 during 1998by AJA, and only use well known for quality, diesel engines, such as Cummins, VOLVO PENTA, DEUTZ, PERKINS, IVECO, MAN and John Deere all coupled to the world''s internationally renowned for build quality, reliability and innovation NEWAGE(STOMFORD) AC alternators. AMI produces gensets for the range of 5 - 2500 KVA for singlr set, rated according to ISO 8528-1. BS 5514, EN60034-1 references conditions. All gensets are tested according to ISO 8528 - 6, to 25%,50 %,75 %,100% and 110 % of their name- plate prime power. AMI Gen sets comprise the following standard specifications: - - Heavy duty fabricated steel base frame. - Built in base fuel tank with contents gauge for up to 500 KVA sets. - A set of quality AVM suitable for both mobile and stationary application - Integrated tropical radiator and heavy duty cooling fan. For water-cooled generators, remote radiators can be supplied. - Standard, set mounted vibration isolated, key start/stop control panel for manual engine Control and Protection. - 3 poles, thermally and magnetically protected circuit breaker mounted to one side of the generator in a separate enclosure. - Industrial silencer with flexible exhaust coupling. - A set of heavy-duty batteries.
